We are very pleased to let you know about a new service available from our practice: iSIS, Internet Service &
Information System, now gives you web-based access to our practice 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
We are confident that iSIS will provide a new level of convenience and accessibility for you and all our
patients. There is no charge to you for this service. Your access to our iSIS site is customized and secure;
no other patients will have access to your information.
To access iSIS you need your individual password. If you have already given us your email address, you
should have your password in your email in box. In that case, follow the instructions below. If you have not
given us your email address, call us at the office or email us at jennifer@trosienorthodontics.com or
amber@trosienorthodontics.com and we’ll register you.
1. Go to www.trosienorthodontics.com
2. Click on Patient login
3. Enter your e-mail address.
4. Enter your password
Through iSIS you can view the following information regarding your contract(s) with our office:
- Contract specifics, Account Balance, Amount Due and Payment History
- Date, time and procedure for the next appointment
- Any reminders about the appointment
- Names of referring dentists
- Correspondence History
iSIS also allows you to send us e-mail without having to enter our e-mail address. Click Doctor Home to go
directly to our primary web site.
You may easily change your iSIS e-mail address and/or password at any time; just click Change E-Mail and
Password. Our young patients can also get their own iSIS passwords for access to orthodontic and
appointment information and fun stuff!
