Why should I see an orthodontist?

Orthodontic treatment not only straightens your teeth, but it also results in a well-functioning bite and healthy jaw joints. All of our Certified Specialists in Orthodontics have the extra training and experience needed to confidently give you your desired smile.

Do I need to be referred by my dentist to have a consultation?

No, you do not, just give us a call and we’ll book you an initial consultation. Some of our patients are referred by their family dentist, but many are referred by friends and schedule a consultation themselves.

How does orthodontic treatment work?

Orthodontic treatment works with braces which produce light, continuous pressure gradually moving teeth into proper alignment. The wire creates a very light pressure on the teeth, and the natural, physiological process takes over causing the teeth to begin to move.

Invisalign treatment works on the same principle but with a series of clear aligners that apply pressure to the teeth to move them over time.

What is the cost of treatment?

Overall cost of orthodontic treatment varies by the complexity of the case, the type of appliance used, and the expected duration of treatment.

Treatment costs typically range from $3500 – $7000. At your initial visit, you will get a complimentary exam with images, a 3D x-ray and scan and receive treatment options that are customized for you. At this time, you will also be presented with cost and payment options to suit your budget.

What are my payment options?

We know treatment can be expensive, so we offer many options to make it work for your budget:

  • Option 1: You can PAY IN FULL with a discount
  • Option 2: You can make a low-down payment and pay the rest, with 0% financing.
  • Option 3: We also offer 3rd party financing if you prefer a NO DOWN PAYMENT, interest-bearing payment plan over a longer period of time of up to 5 years. Some patients prefer the lower monthly payments. If you are interested in this option, we can send a link for you to apply before you arrive to get pre-approved with no hit to credit score.
