Whether you want to enjoy popcorn at the movies, or have an important event, you can remove the aligners when necessary, and slip them back on afterwards. It is recommended that you wear the aligners as much as possible to ensure the best results.

How does it work?
Clear Aligners are designed with you in mind and are incredibly convenient.
Step 1: Custom Treatment Plan.
Once you choose to proceed with aligners, we will use the imaging from our 3D scanner to plan your customized treatment plan in detail. When the design process has been finalized, your custom trays will be created and you will return for an appointment approximately 6-8 weeks later.
Step 2: Your first treatment appointment.
At this appointment, depending on your case, SmartForce Attachements will be attached to your teeth before or during your Invisalign treatment. They’re like handles, giving aligners something to gently push on. You will be shown how to use your clear, custom, low-profile trays and you can wear your first set out the door. You will also be given a series of trays for the balance of your treatment.
Step 3: Wearing your aligners.
You’ll be expected to wear your aligners for approximately 22 hours per day.
- Changing aligners: You’ll change out the aligners every week to two weeks for a new set; it is designed to help gently shift your teeth into place with each aligner. Your smile will change before your eyes!
Step 4: Regular Appointments:
Most of our appointments are scheduled every 6-10 weeks so if you have a busy schedule or even if you live out of town, Invisalign would be a great option for you. And, we offer virtual appointments when we don’t need in-person visits.
Step 5: Treatment completion.
Once treatment is complete, you’ll receive guidance on future needs like retainers depending on your case. We’ll want to see you back for a couple of appointments to ensure you are thriving with your new smile! We’ll continue to stay in touch.
